Practising Optometrist for 36 years. I commenced practice in Taree, Forster & Gloucester in 1975 joining Charles Withers in partnership. Some years later I took over total ownership of the practice. In 1984. I opened a wholesale optical laboratory that manufactures lenses for many optometrist throughout Australia. Having my own laboratory on site means that I can deliver highly technical lenses in a shorter period of time & sometimes the same day if necessary. Later I expanded our practices to include Tuncurry & Hamilton, Newcastle with Dale Rolfe. In 2005 Peter McKay joined me in partnership in the Taree & Gloucester practices. Dale Rolfe has since taken over ownership of the Forster, Tuncurry & Hamilton practices.
