SWIMM is a new organisation created to connect and inspire senior women in media and marketing.

Members and associate members will come together at fun and interesting events and the forum will facilitate a formal mentoring programme for up and coming women in the industry. SWIMM is a co-operative, not for profit organisation that is funded by membership and events.
